Returning Members

All returning member families need to complete and update their member information and upload all photos in our system, ESOFT, before they can purchase their membership. For the 2026 season your login with ESOFT will be your email and then a new password. Any questions or issues with the new ESOFT upgrades or issues uploading your pictures , please email PHSwimclubmembership@gmail.com.

Member Resignation

Members that would like to resign from PHSC need to submit a letter of intent signed by adult members of the membership family and the original stock certificate by June 1st, 2026. You will receive a refund of your bond once we transfer your membership to another member. Please mail the letter and stock certificate to:
